Using the platform
Bhoomiverse connects property buyers and sellers directly. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including property details, ownership, and pricing.
Listings and subscription
Sellers pay a one-time listing subscription fee to publish a property. All listings are subject to review before being published. We may decline or remove listings that violate these terms or appear fraudulent.
Unlocking contacts
Buyers may unlock a seller's contact details and a property's exact location for the applicable fee. Fees are shown before you pay.
No brokerage
Bhoomiverse is a listing platform, not a broker or agent. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers and are not responsible for the outcome of any deal.
